Youth Employ & Development Initiative (Youth Employ) is a youth-focused, impact-driven organization founded in 2016 to empower young
people with the skills, mindset, and opportunities to build sustainable livelihoods. Over the past decade, Youth Employ has trained, mentored,
and inspired thousands of young Nigerians, fostering entrepreneurship, leadership, and employability across diverse sectors.

Youth Employ was birthed at the University of Abuja, within the Faculty of Agriculture. Returning to the university for this Homecoming is both
symbolic and deeply personal; it marks a retieturn to our roots, celebrates how far the vision has come, and inspires a new generation of
students to dream bigger.

This Homecoming event is in commemoration of Youth Employ’s 10th Anniversary Celebration and the official launch of The Global Youth
Forum (GYF) – An annual gathering of young leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, professionals, policymakers, and changemakers committed
to shaping the future of work, leadership, and impact. Together, these milestones reflect a decade of impact and the start of a new phase;
expanding our reach, strengthening partnerships, and positioning Youth Employ as a global voice for youth development and
entrepreneurship.
